BTW if you need NUMA emulated in your KVM add the below to your virsh edit

  <cpu>
    ....
    <numa>
      <cell cpus='0-3' memory='5242880'/>
      <cell cpus='4-7' memory='3145728'/>
    </numa>
  </cpu>


memory= is in KiB only
The sum of these must exactly match what you have for 
  <memory unit='KiB'>8388608</memory>
  <currentMemory unit='KiB'>8388608</currentMemory>

And you probably already have say:
    <topology sockets='2' cores='4' threads='1'/>
