I got this OpenFWWF firmware for Broadcom to work on Debian Lenny with
2.6.30 kernel package from Ali Gunduz.

Those two files: b0g0bsinitvals5.fw and b0g0initvals5.fw don't need to be
taken from proprietary driver(at least in the 5.1 version) . Their
respective versions compiled from the free OpenFWWF source work by
themselves.

However, AFAIK neither Debian nor Ubuntu provide packages for b43-tools in
their official repos. Fedora does.
