following:
- w9968cf: add v4l2_device.
- w9968cf/ovcamchip: convert to v4l2_subdev.
Yes, I know, it is still a v4l1 driver, but at least it now uses the
new-style i2c API. Tested with a Creative Labs Video Blaster WebCam Go Plus
and a LeBon camera.
