Please pull from http://www.linuxtv.org/hg/~hverkuil/v4l-dvb-notify for the
following:
- v4l2-device: add a notify callback.
- zoran/bt819: use new notify functionality.
Since the beginning I had a notify ability in mind for v4l2_device, but the
bt819 driver is the first that actually needs it. Implemented it in the
core and modified zoran/bt819 to use it. Another small but nice cleanup in
the zoran driver.
