To keep coherency, let's also remove V4L2_SUBDEV from the analog
TV decoder, calling it by its function, and not by the V4L2
API mapping.
So,
MEDIA_ENT_T_V4L2_SUBDEV_DECODER -> MEDIA_ENT_T_ATV_DECODER
