sdhci_runtime_resume_host() is missed return-value.

It is not needed, since we are anyway returning an error.

And i looked into sdhci_runtime_resume/suspend_host()...but
always return 0...why did you check return-value..?

sdhci_runtime_resume/suspend_host() will evolve and may return
non-zero in the future.
