Hmm, I saw that option listed somewhere, but it didn't seem supported
for 1.1.3 ? I'll check it out.

Pity - as far as I can tell, the problem is to do with trying to do tcgetattr() 
of something that is not a tty. Maybe if I get adventurous, I'll have
a look.
