I really don't like things the way they are. I look
around there is too much unemployment, starvation,
unhappiness.

So I'm going to offer a better deal than national
governments.

I intend to do this by giving people a better money
system, one that pays them, rather than takes away
from them. It all works within the framework of
reality. I have pages and pages and webpages of truth
that will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this
can be done.

All I need is an electronics system that is a cheaper
way to transfer money. Everything gravitates to the
cheapest way.

That is where you come in.

Whether or not I make it to the point of popular
acceptance is not what will determine when you get
paid for your work on my behalf.

This project has elements that guarantee you will get
rewarded for your work. I am referring to the most
attractive and usable electronic personal organizer,
GENDEX. We are issuing an additional 25% of stock to
pay all the programmers who come in to help us finish
all the software aspects of our program, and we will
field a working electronic product, to reward and
compensate all the people who work on founding this
company, which is called DEXCOM.

Programmers working on this will divide 25% of the
shares of the company. Presently, DEXCOM has about 8
million shares issued to 900 contributors; the
software project will increase that to 10,640,000
shares. We are impressed by work and the workers and
the smart workers will equitably divide 2.64 million
shares in DEXCOM for bringing the desired objectives
up to working level.

There is nothing yet in the world like what we are
going to create so our project's components will
automatically find their own niches. The pocket-sized
organizer, GENDEX, is superior in every way to any PDA
yet to appear. There is nothing pocket PC units can
offer which is more graceful, effective or simple than
GENDEX system offers. User friendly GENDEX takes
Blackberry and everything else, and combines it into
one unit.

Extensively, functions in PDA devices reach into a
community for cooperative services. We call the
providers of these services "INDEXERS" and GENDEX BANK
will assist them to organize. GENDEX indexers will
give rise to lots of material trading, and free agenda
companies.

The money sending and verification element that cuts
virtually all cash cost out of transactions. This is a
machine that handles all record of cost and securely
handles transactions. GENDEX pocket-sized organizer
will enable members to send and receive money where
ever they are. Money is counted centrally in GENDEX
BANK, given representation in a virtual reality world
that is reminiscent of TRON. GENDEX BANK will earn
money managing transactions.

Both private and Central Banks today are full of
cheaters stepping over the line, and we have to do
something about that - organize it as a cooperative.
Instead of having good-looking greedy people running
things, GENDEX BANK will hire as its executive
directors, people from monastic backgrounds to whom
truth is more important than money. Thanks to them,
GENDEX BANK members will have the full confidence of
knowing that their money and memory is safe. In the
interest of its own longevity, the bank machine needs
to be spotless and unbreakable. The project goes on to
create Credit to Cash Converters (CCCs), which is an
intelligent interactive smart on-line cash register
that also watches the store during non-business hours.

Who do you want running the future electronic
transaction system that is seamlessly permeated
throughout our lives, Micro$oft, or the open source
community along with an openly Cooperative Bank? The
future of money transfer is virtual, and when there
is a GENDEX BANK Cooperative, it will protect members'
money&memory from the intrusions of the IMF, Uncle Sam
and the Micro$oft illuminati. They want to get in and
we have to do something to keep them out.

Apply your expert skills to this project and you and
your descendants could be in the money for eons to
come. GENDEX BANK will remit money to shareholders of
DEXCOM, and so will sales of GENDEX units, and the
stock will most likely be publicly traded and pay
dividends. The other rewards are in good feelings:
participants will most likely be successful in
thwarting Micro$oft's desire to get into everyone's
pockets, prevent them from owning a GENDEX BANK, and
help individuals find a much nicer electronic personal
memory organizer. The organization we are founding
will guard people's memory, guard people's identity,
their rights, and their money; and give them access to
a range of cooperative goods and services that is
beyond the scope of the internet.

The project is seen in three parts: unbreakable
organizer; virtual reality coop bank; and NETWORK OF
INDEXERS. The organizer, GENDEX, offers common
functions for the individual and also those that are
networked, like transfer of used material goods

The logical demonstrations on
http://gen-dex.com/main.html will be presently
transported to SourceForge.net, the keypad logic and
HELP prompts, to become the basis of the working
software. We will need help managing the SourceForge
operations.

The more you do, the more you get; that's the way it
will always be. The ultimate thing I wish to use our
electronic system for will be the issuance of money
for all good things. And that is the only way I can
think of to cure the problems observed in the first
paragraph of this letter. Information about this
international zone that our work will give rise to,
See http://usc-currency.org, "Realm of All
Possibilities". In the event we are able to launch our
own currency, big cash payments will go equitably to
participating code writers.

Best Regards
