Executive Summary

Empala Entertainment was formed in August 2004 after the merger of Empala Press
and Empala Productions.  The company is a unique media conglomerate with
several divisions and companies with international audiences.  Its founders are
former entertainment and business experts, and bring their expertise to a new
level of entertainment.  Empala Entertainment�s uniqueness attracts audiences
and customers around the world.

Empala Entertainment produces all of its products in-house, which lowers the
costs of production, making the company as competitive as other major media
conglomerates, which include NBC Universal, AOL Time Warner, and Viacom
International.

Empala Entertainment searches for new talent that will be tomorrow�s
entertainers, producers, directors, and entertainment business people.  Empala
Entertainment has its own talent agency that seeks new talent, and gives young
people the chance of a lifetime.  Other media companies are not able to do this
because of their company policies.

Empala Entertainment has the following divisions:

has its own purpose, and continues to grow.

Empala Entertainment works closely with NBC Universal, the number 1 media
conglomerate in the United States.  Empala Entertainment will be producing
major projects with the NBC Network, Bravo Television, and has several projects
in production for NBC Universal�s Spanish-language network, Telemundo Network.

Although NBC Universal is still classified as a competitor to Empala
Entertainment, a partnership is underway to begin new projects, including a
Spanish-language news channel, similar to NBC Universal�s MSNBC.  Empala
Entertainment major competitors are AOL Time Warner, Viacom International, and
The Walt Disney Company.

Empala Entertainment was founded by the founders of one of the top art companies
in the world, Xtreme Cars and Stars.  Its art has been featured around the
world, including the original hand engraved art by J. Potts.  The artists of
Xtreme Cars and Stars will work closely with Empala Entertainment to produce
art pieces that will be used uniquely for marketing purposes.  Already,
Universal Pictures has used some of these art pieces to market some of their
productions.

Empala Entertainment�s main audience is the Hispanic / Latino U.S. audience. 
With a buying power of over $650 billion, the Hispanic / Latino U.S. audience
is the fastest growing minority group.

Xtreme Cars and Stars will also sponsor major Empala Entertainment events,
including concerts, television specials, and movie premiers.  This partnership
will continue on a long-term basis.  Xtreme Cars and Stars has produced several
projects, and is now producing project with Empala Entertainment, including the
partnership with Xtreme Records.

Empala Entertainment�s mission is to find new talent, create unique job
opportunities, and produce unique products.

The company is a division of SnapIt LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Empala
Entertainment works closely with MultiChannel Solutions LLC, founders of Xtreme
Cars and Stars.  All companies are led by CEO and President, Mark D. Fleming.
