I "used" to be on the DOSEMU mailing list, but there never seemed to be any traffic, and I don't even get subscription reminders once a month anymore. When I looked at DOSEMU, I quickly noticed that the CPU flags were being done wrong. I should look at it again and see if they have been fixed.
