i got it it was to simple dosemu -V to force using the card video bios that made everything work

what config differences are there between xdosemu and dosemu what ever xdosemu uses gives me the proper vesa config for graphics and the proper ansi mode dosemu in a virual console which used to work does not. The mouse in xdosemu has tracking problems or i would just use the xdosemu. Do xdosemu and dosemu share the same conf file ?
