I think that the the server1,server2 and the server 3 ,server4 is not on one subnet.
when u ping server3 from the server1,the computer treat server3 is on the same network,
so it try to broardcasting it,not transfer it to the firewall(router).

so if you want server1 communicated with server3(or server4) ,u will setup the
server1 and server2 on different network. such as, server 1 is 192.168.0.50/24
server3 will be 192.168.1.90/24,and the eth1 will be 192.168.1.11/24.
the server1 and server3 's netmask will be 255.255.255.0,and their default gateway will be the Firewall,
server1's gateway is 192.168.0.10,and server3's is 192.168.1.11,

and the last thing is that the linux box's ip forward switch must be turn on. (/etc/sysconfig/network).
