I have a RTL8019 ethernet card and did the following to get it working.
Basically you just have to
compile (either as a module on in the kernel) the driver for a ne2000
board. Mine is PCI so I compiled
the pci ne2000 driver. I dont know if this works the same on a isa card
based on the RTL8019. If
you compiled as a module just remember to load it before.
