I've got a bunch of 95 machines running on a network
there is an NT server and a Linux box on this network.
problem is occasionally it's impossible to transfer a file
from the 95 machine to the NT machine... i'm wondering
if there is any utility that will let me take one of my
laptops running linux out there and find out which machine
is throwing garbage on the network (i think that's the problem)
either that or I'm getting a crap load of collisions.
i've tried netwatch and iptraf but i'm not getting anything
that really enables me to track down the problem (although
i may not just be looking in the right place with them)...
any advice?
