tcpdump error?

Hi,

I'm running 2.2.0-pre5 on a Slackware 3.6 system.
I ran tcpdump and got this under dmesg:
tcpdump uses obsolete (PF_INET,SOCK_PACKET)

I remember seeing something about this but I forgot to save it.
Do I have to recompile tcpdump?
