None. Nada. Nowhere. Readme.TUNNEL was removed from the
kernel at some point (prolly a good idea since the syntax has
changed a lot). The Wireless HOWTO has some info, also not
applicable to the later 2.1/2.2 kernels, I think there's a Mobil
IP HOWTO, but it also has incorrect info.
I was going to notify the HOWTO maintainers, but 1) the syntax
may change again (oh *please* somebody, anybody change the
syntax to something a little more sane) and 2) I don't know
exactly what the correct syntax is.
