Chuck, if you're using pine, in Pine's options for the particular user (logged as user 
"test"
in your example), you need to tell it a specific domain (i.e. assign "bar.com" as the 
domain
rather than leaving it blank).  If this option is left blank in pine, it will default 
to
using the current host AND domain name.
