insmod ip_masq_ftp.o
that'll handle both passive and normal ftp.

With passive, ftp still uses two connections, the difference is that the
data connection is initiated by the client, with the server waiting for
the connection, which is the reason why that's the only thing that works
on non ftp-aware masquerading firewalls.
