Unauthorized access by NFS client

Hi,
        twice in my syslog report I see Unauthorized access by NFS client
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx .

        Is the access refused or accepted ?

        In my exports file the machine xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is not included
