The network tools (and others) included with redhat linux are very easy to
use... the latest versions are using a configuration tool called Linuxconf
which I have found to be quite useful.

http://dns.solucorp.qc.ca/linuxconf/

This tool is useful for configuring all aspects of you linux box, through X
interface, web pages, or xterm.
