Hi everyone,

in our college we use a Linux box connected to an ISP through a (slow) leased line to
give access to the Internet
at more than 70 clients connected on the internal LAN. As you can imagine when 70
students start to navigate
our link get saturated very quickly preventing everyone from the outside world to
reach our site.

We would like to implement a variable bandwidth using one or more ISDN dialup lines to
be activated when
the traffic goes over a certain limit and dropped when not needed anymore to save
costs.

I've been looking to the HOWTO's and the usual sources of info but I wasn't able to
find any solution. Could
anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you

Stefano
