Try freshmeat.com there is some html programs out there, but not sure how
good they are. The program that I like the best for putting html down on
paper is a program called jedit, a java base text processing program that
automatically highlights certain strings depending on what it is.  If you
code html or java it highlights more important stuff in differant colors
so you can find what you are looking for in a 5meg html file quick ;)
