IP Forwarding

Hi all.....
Here is my internet access configuration..

                                               internet
                                                   |
                                        192.168.1.1
                                  ip alias 202.xxx.xxx.1
               _______________|_________________
               |                                 |
|
    192.168.1.2              192.168.1.3                 192.168.1.4

How can i setup from outside to  access 192.168.1.2 or inside our network
(eg. web server).
