folks, i am looking for a virus scanning software package to filter all traffic passing through my ipfwadm firewall. i am not aware of any open source software that will do this. if anyone does know of an open source solution, i would love to hear about it. in the meantime i have been looking into norton's anti-virus for firewalls program. it requires a "content vectoring protocol (CVP) compatible firewall. does anyone know if ipfwadm suports this? i am under the impression that you can redirect port traffic, but am not sure if this is the same thing as CVP. thanks in advance, //daryl -- Daryl Williams Network Administrator mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ShareWave, Inc.
