io symbol for 3c509?

Hi,

I am trying to install a 3c509 Ethernet card with PnP turn off (RedHat
5.2).
i.e.  "insmod 3c509.o irq=5 io=0x300"
The system keeps saying the "symbol for parameter io not found". Do
anyone know what is the I/O symbol for this card? If not, where can I
locate the source code for this card.
