PNP modem card on a non-PNP machine

I have a new ISA 56K modem card that I'd like to use on my 486DX50
machine
and I was wondering if there is any application under LINUX or DOS that
I
could use to set the address and IRQ. Win 95 won't run on my machine so
I
can't use the instructions which came with the card. Any help would be
much
appreciated.
