I have an Intel EtherExpress 16 network card installed in my Linux
box (Slackware 96 CD-ROM). I am currently running the eexpress.c
module via rc.modules. On boot up the card is apparently detected at
0x300 base i/o and IRQ 10 and I get no errors. Also ifconfig seems
to check out correctly. However when I try to ping my Win95
machine I get no response. In fact the link light on the card never
comes on. Is there a specific driver for the Intel Etherexpress 16
network adapter? If so where can I get it.
