For mail, see the sendmail documentation, specifically the bit about
the virtusertable feature in the cf/README file.
For HTTP, see the Apache documentation, specifically regarding
VirtualHost and NameVirtualHost.
For FTP, see the file VIRTUAL.FTP.SUPPORT in the
wu-ftpd-2.4.2-beta-18-vr13 distribution (note: you should not be using
any other version of wu-ftpd, due to security flaws).
Note that, unlike mail and HTTP, you can only provide virtual-hosted
FTP if you have a separate valid IP address for each domain.
