It does this automatically, provided that the domain in question isn't
local (i.e. isn't in class w), and that any anti-relaying rules are
configured to allow relaying for that domain.
It will also attempt to forward messages whenever it performs a queue
run (you can't make it ignore certain domains except in response to an
ETRN), but this should be harmless.
