Check:
IP-Masquerade Mini-HOWTO (for transparent firewall to Internet)
        SAMBA (for WIndows file-sharing)

I set up a similar system (except 2 linux boxes) in about an hour after
reading the IP-Masq Mini-HOWTO. Basically:
   - (set up Internet access in the firewall, and the basic TCPIP network
between the "inside" computer(s) and the firewall)
   - Kernel in the firewall:
        - Set up IP forwarding
        - Set up other things required for IP-Masqerading
        - Re-compile
        - use Lilo to install new kernel (keeping the old one as a backup!)
        - Re-boot
   - Set up ipfwadm commands in the firewall
   - start the IP-masq modules in the firewall
   - Set the firewall as the gateway in the "inside" computer(s)
   - Set up Internet access in the "inside" computers as if the firewall didn't
      exist.

   ...Yer done!
