Please, report results. Did you see "khm" messages earlier?
Do you see them with this patch?
How much of neighbours on directly attached networks do you have?
Probably, you have to increase /proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/default/gc_thresh3
Also, find in net/ipv4/route.c function rt_garbage_collect()
and try to uncomment debugging messages there. It would be interesting
to look at cache evolution log.
