IP forwarding in Slackware

Hello!

I am running Slackware Linux (kernel 2.0.29). My box has two
network cards and they both work okay. I compiled my
kernel with IP_FORWARDING set, reran LILO and booted the new
kernel. But ip forwarding doesn't seem to work. Is something
more to be done? Are there any docs that explain how to do this?
