Hi again,
If the data i\on the harddrive is untouched (you haven't write anything
there by now) you can try to rebuild the fs. I really don't know
how...cause your partition structure has been erased after issuing mke2fs
command. So, theoretically you can recover the data but phisically it the
hardest job in the univers.
