Add a line like this to your lilo.conf
append="LILO: linux ether=5,0x320,eth1 ether=3,0x300,eth0"
with the boot name interupts and base address' adjusted to your needs.

ps I put this line in my global section of my lilo.conf but I dont know
if it matters.
