Rewriting sender addresses on outbound email is performed via the
`genericstable' feature. Search for `genericstable' in the cf/README
file for more details.
The main thing to remember is to add your own domain to class G, e.g.
using GENERICS_DOMAIN or GENERICS_DOMAIN_FILE.
