Hello Linux friends,

we've just received an "E1" cable, that one that has 30 digital lines.
It's called "E1" here in Brazil.. I don't know if has the same name
elsewhere (hope so). Anyway, we use Livingston's products for many time
now, and we are willing to purchase a "Portmaster 3", but it is too expensive.

So I was wondering... is it possible to Linux to act like a Portmaster 3?
What I mean is: Is there such a card, a "E1 card", that will let me plug
the E1 cable and then have Linux managing all the 30 lines?

If this exists, I guess it'll be easy for my users be able to authenticate
from my already running radius server, right?

Is this possible? Has anyone ever had experience with this?

Thanks a lot, and regards from Brazil,
