Hi all, There might be a lot of misunderstandings in this mail, so please correct me if I'm wrong. Let's say my router is congested with ftp and http traffic. In this case I want the router to dedicate 30% of the available bandwidth to ftp and 70% to http. I assume this is possible using the iproute2 tools (ftp://ftp.crc.ca/pub/systems/linux/ip-routing/ <ftp://ftp.crc.ca/pub/systems/linux/ip-routing/> (mirror of slow Russian site)). My question is if there's any documentation on how to do this. The last thing I heard was that a description of iproute2 tools was only availabe in estonian (which isn't really one of my strong points). Is there some documentation available now? Where?
