Yep, but:
-       You should have a 2.2.x kernel (or 2.1.x).
-       You should download iproute2 from ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing/
<ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing/> 

If you did this you can select a default gateway based on the source ip
addres (or even port).

I know it's possible to route with 'OSPF routing tables', did't see anything
about BGP.

The only problem is that iproute is not very well documented (yet).
