Now that I finally have the RTNETLINK problems licked, another one crops up.

Whenever I try to use the cbq.init script (attached) to either start or stop
the cbq-based-traffic-limiter, I get an error message (twice on trying to
start, 4 times on trying to stop.) It is:
Assertion (classid == TC_H_ROOT) failed at sch_api.c(283):qdisc_graft
Any clue what I might have done this time? :-)
