probably cronned firewall jobs come in mind, however I barely know
the idea restring it per user/per time (you could turn authentication for
users in squid, and make the passwd file, which it would use a sort of
dynamical thing. (maybe a pipe to daemon even). I think I could play
writing one, if there's a real need in it, since it sounds a sort of
interesting to give a try.. give a yell offlist.
