is it true that the IRQ's for the devices have priorities,i.e IRQ n has a
higher prio than IRQ n+1.
in that case if i have my NIC's at IRQ's 5,9 & 11,and am using all of
them,how will the application(if at all) be affected by the different
priorities at which the cards are being interrupted?
further if my primary interface(eth0) is using IRQ 11, and others are at 5
& 9 i.e higher priority,what are the consequences and how will user
applications feel it?
