with chip DEC21143 on a 2.2.3 kernel: should it work (100Mbps, full duplex)
?

My Kingstons DEC21140 work flawlessly... now I have a bunch of new ones
(DEC21143) and have throughput problems (it seems "well known problems",
namely poor tcp performance)
