Hello Ryan,

actually there is.  You should have at your /etc/rc.d/rc3.d directory a symbolic link called "S99local" pointing to "../rc.local".  To create it again, do:

cd /etc/rc.d/rc3.d
ln -s ../rc.local S99local

This is for runlevel 3.  I also have this file for runlevel 2 and 5 (I don't know what they are though).

Maybe this is the problem.  Maybe it isn't.  ;-)
