Can somebody tell me why the the do_bottom_half()
routine is called from two places - one from schedule()
and other from the entry.S assembly file.
(I am interested in knowing when the network packets
received from the interface are exactly seen by the upper
layers - immediately at the time of return of the interrupt
or the next time the scheduler is called)
