Put the following in /etc/sendmail.cw:
aaa.bbb.ccc.org
aaa.org.ar
so that <user>@aaa.bbb.ccc.org and <user>@aaa.org.ar are both recognised as
meaning "local <user> on this machine"
In the short term, run uucp over TCP/IP to collect your mail[1]. When you
are happy that your Internet link is stable, get the owner of the
bbb.ccc.org domain to change the MX record for aaa.bbb.ccc.org to point to
your new machine, e.g.
aaa.bbb.ccc.org. MX 10 mailhost.aaa.org.ar. (or whatever)

No, you don't need either of those, as long as <a-user>@aaa.bbb.ccc.org is
always the same person as <a-user>@aaa.org.ar
