Greetings,

This diagnostic has popped up on the console twice this week.  System is
Debian with kernel 2.0.33 + ip-frag patch.  It's medium busy, running a
squid.

The rsh connects are "normal".

Is there something I should be upgrading, have I stumbled across a bug, or
is some low-life trying to persecute this box?
