I have written my ethernet type codes. An comparrison with if_ethers.h
1.0.1a 02/08/94 shows some minor problems.

1) 0x0060 /* Ethernet Loopback packet */
i found no definition of that execpt in this include
according to the docs with cisco router 0x0000-05dc is
reserved for IEEE 802.3 Length Field. Some collisions occur
but a Loopback is not noted. maybe it should switch to
        0x9000 Loopback for configuration test

2) 0x0200 /* Ethernet Echo packet */
Docs say Xerox PUP (new =x0a00)

3) 0x0400 /* Xerox PUP packet */
        Docs say Nixdorf

My paket identifier know know ca. 250 different Pakettype codes. some
companies even use a range of adresses. if somebody asks i can submit
the entiere list .
