Who owns ethertap?
Jay Schulist <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> is in ethertap.txt, but is
an invalid address. (forwarded to a non-account.)

Anyway, I get tons of these:

protocol 0008 is buggy, dev eth1
tap0 : bug --- xmit with head<2
tap0 : bug --- xmit with head<2
tap0 : bug --- xmit with head<2

with tap0 down I only get the "is buggy" reports.

2.1.123, 2.1.129 pre-1 both showed it... currently compiling pre-2.

This is on an extremely busy network, in promisc mode.
However, there is no route to tap0... it wasn't even in use.
