Hiya - just wondering if there is an 'out of the box' type solution that I
could implement to analise traffic on our ethernet network - what I'm
really interested in is tcp/ip traffic going through our ppp connection...
something that would give me a summary of inbound & outbound traffic (may
be even summarised by port numbers would be good) from each ip address on
the network would be grand.
I have played with tcpdump a bit - I'm sure I could eventually get together
some kind of monitoring / analysis system - but unfortunately I have very
little time for such 'fun' projects at the moment.
