Traffic Shaping

Hello everybody,

I have recently installed RedHat 5.2 (Kernel 2.0.36). I'm trying to
setup the Traffic Shaping tool but I can't find information about this.
The HOWTO's I have consulted don't give information enough and I only
have installed the shapecfg RPM package.
Does anyone know where I can find information about installation and
setup of Traffic Shaping ?
